We are looking for a Sales Representative-Stores Network to join our team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Sales Representative-Stores Network is responsible for managing and developing the customer portfolio, and providing solutions that meet customer needs. Through close collaboration with Customer Service and other company departments, the role contributes to the promotion and sale of building materials, DIY products, and integrated dry construction systems, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and develop the existing customer portfolio.
  • Expand the customer base by establishing new partnerships.
  • Drive commercial growth by introducing new products to customers.
  • Provide excellent service and tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the technical department on engineering matters, such as project specifications and product presentations.
  • Organize and monitor orders to ensure timely service.
  • Stay up to date with market trends and innovations.
  • Prepare reports on regional performance and market activity.
  • Adhere to the company’s credit policy.
  • Comply with internal regulations, procedures, and the company’s commercial policy.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • A university degree or college diploma (a relevant field will be considered an advantage)
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, ideally in technical products or building materials.
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and good command of English
  • Very good computer skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Team spirit and strong organizational skills
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and a pleasant personality.
