Our basic principle and commitment at Hadjiyiannis Group, dealing with the reception, storage, distribution and sale of construction materials, paints and solvents, the storage of client products (e.g. toys, household appliances, medical equipment, clothing), as well as the provision of integrated Logistics & Freight Forwarding solutions, both in the local and international market, as a provider of neutral services, is to provide our customers with services that fully meet their requirements and expectations and comply with the relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.


In order to achieve the above, we have adopted a “Risk Management System at Work” as well as an “Environmental Management System”. Within the framework of the implementation of these systems, the Group defines on a systematic basis, objectives which are revised during the reviews of the management with the ultimate aim of continuous improvement.


We are also committed to preventing incidents related to accidents at work and diseases directly linked to working conditions, as well as accidents affecting the environment. This is achieved by continuous training, surveillance and information of staff, consultation of staff, internal inspections by the Health, Safety and Environmental Committee and external partners, as well as by compliance with the legislation. In order to be able to implement everything mentioned above, our group recognizes and provides all necessary resources (animate and inanimate material, time and money).


We monitor, measure and evaluate critical parameters and processes to ensure Safety and Health as well as a clean environment.


We maintain the facilities and equipment of the group according to the highest possible levels of maintenance and cleanliness, for maximum comfort, functionality, and efficiency.


We, at Hadjiyiannis Group, are committed to maintaining a working environment in which the dignity of the individual is fully protected by everyone and respect for the personality of all employees is guaranteed. Within this policy we consider as absolutely unacceptable any act or omission which in any way constitutes sexual harassment. Behavior of such nature constitutes a serious disciplinary offense and will never be tolerated as it is contrary to the explicit provisions of the Law but also to the principles and values of our Group.


Smoking is prohibited in all the insides of the group. For this purpose, there are signs in all places where it is emphasized that SMOKING IS PROHIBITED. No exceptions to the ban are accepted, both for staff and for associates and visitors.


This policy is available to all interested parties and constitutes a commitment for all staff and associates of our Group. This policy is reviewed in the management reviews so that it is improved and remains relevant and appropriate.
