The Sales Representative is responsible for managing and developing the customer portfolio, providing solutions that meet clients’ needs. Through close collaboration with the company’s other departments, they contribute to the promotion and sale of building materials and other DIY products, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Management and development of the existing customer portfolio
  • Expansion of the client base through the creation of new partnerships
  • Provision of excellent customer service and tailored solutions to meet client needs
  • Close collaboration with the technical department on engineering-related matters, such as project specifications and presentation of technical products
  • Organization and monitoring of orders to ensure timely customer service
  • Continuous update on market trends and innovations
  • Preparation of reports on regional performance and market activities
  • Compliance with internal regulations, procedures, and the company’s commercial policy

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • University degree or College diploma (a relevant field will be considered an additional asset)
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, ideally in technical products or building materials
  • Excellent command of the Greek language and good knowledge of English
  • Very good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Team spirit and organizational abilities
  • Driving license
  • Integrity, professionalism, and a pleasant personality
