DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Transport of products and goods to customers according to scheduled routes.
  • Routing and execution of transfers to and from the company.
  • Checking the vehicle before and after each trip to ensure its proper operation.
  • Observance of all road safety rules and professional behaviour while driving.
  • Taking care of the proper maintenance and cleanliness of the vehicle.
  • Cooperation with the warehouse team and logistics department for the timely and safe delivery of goods.
  • Keeping records of routes, deliveries and related documents (e.g. delivery notes, invoices).
  • Immediate reporting of any problems or breakdowns of the vehicle to the administration.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • The professional driver's license (C/C truck, D/D bus) (or if required for the specific vehicles of the company).
  • Previous experience in a driver's seat or similar role (at least 1-2 years) is desirable.
  • Good knowledge of the area or areas in which he works and the ability to follow and adapt to new routes.
  • Ability to maintain a safe environment while driving and handling goods.
  • Ability to adhere to the delivery schedule faithfully and maintain professional conduct during deliveries.
  • Good communication with customers and other partners, for the correct and efficient delivery and processing of orders.
