THERMOSYSTEM WOOL is a certified external thermal insulation and building renovation system developed by ISOMAT, suitable for both existing and new buildings. In addition to the high level of thermal insulation it provides, it is characterized by very effective sound insulation properties.
Furthermore, it is the ideal choice for optimal fire protection, classified as A2-s1,d0.
The combination of thermal insulation, fire protection, and sound insulation is achieved through the use of high-performance PETRAFAS 34 stone wool by PETRALANA, which essentially represents the “core” of the system.
THERMOSYSTEM WOOL is ETA certified in accordance with European Assessment Document EAD 040083-00-0404 and has an expected service life of at least 25 years, without any deterioration of its properties.
A prerequisite for the long-term durability of the system is its application by an experienced and specialized installation crew.
Thanks to its advanced composition and structure, PETRAFAS 34 combines significant advantages, providing high thermal insulation (λ = 0.034 W/mK), excellent fire resistance, sound insulation, and long-term durability.
It is worth noting that, due to its controlled low weight, structural load and stress on building façades are reduced, while handling and installation by applicators are facilitated.
It is CE certified according to EN 13164.
A paste-type, ready-to-use, white or colored acrylic final render (“scraped finish”) with high fire resistance. It contains aggregates with specially graded particle size to create a smooth decorative surface.
It is characterized by excellent adhesion and high elasticity. It replaces the final coat of traditional plaster and is ideal for applications where high fire resistance is required.
It is the ideal final layer for ISOMAT THERMOSYSTEM external thermal insulation systems.
CE certified according to EN 15824.
A cement-based adhesive with a special formulation for use with stone wool, reinforced with polymer components (resins). It offers very good workability, high initial and final bonding strength, elasticity, and resistance to moisture.
When reinforced with fiberglass mesh, it is used to coat the thermal insulation boards, creating an ideal substrate for the subsequent application of MARMOCRYL FR render.
CE certified according to EN 998-1.
