We are looking for a Technical Specifications Specialist to join our team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Technical Specifications Specialist is responsible for presenting the company’s products and systems, preparing technical specifications, and providing technical support to key stakeholders, including construction companies, design and procurement departments, engineering and architectural firms, and real estate companies. The role involves building strong, long-term relationships based on trust and collaboration. The position also includes managing key commercial accounts, such as construction companies and their subcontractors.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct site visits to construction sites, engineers, architects, and technical companies to promote the company’s products and systems.
  • Prepare detailed technical specifications, provide technical support, and monitor projects from the design phase until their completion.
  • Manage key accounts at a technical-and commercial level, developing strategic relationships and long-term partnerships.
  • Organize and conduct presentations for engineers, architects, and industry events.
  • Conduct market and competitor research and provide relevant feedback.
  • Recommend new products in line with trends in the construction sector
  • Participate in meetings with company management on strategic matters
  • Report to the Commercial and Technical Director
  • Use internal systems and tools to support operations.
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s commercial policy and internal procedures

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or strong technical background (e.g. Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in building materials or the construction industry
  • Excellent command of Greek and English
  • Very good computer skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Integrity, honesty, and professionalism
  • Additional Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of design software (e.g. AutoCAD)
  • Postgraduate degree in Engineering or a related business field
