We are looking for a Commercial Support Coordinator to join our team.

The Commercial Support Coordinator supports the commercial team, with a focus on administrative and organizational sales support tasks. Responsibilities include managing phone and email communication with customers, preparing and sending quotations, and monitoring credit control and invoicing. The role also involves close collaboration with the Accounting Department to ensure the smooth execution of internal processes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the sales team.
  • Create and update customer accounts in the system in accordance with company policy.
  • Prepare and manage quotations, and communicate them to sales representatives and customers.
  • Handle phone and email communication with customers, providing support and updates.
  • Monitor credit control, invoicing, and related matters using the ESOFT system and other tools such as Power BI and CRM.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Accounting departments to ensure timely collection of receivables.
  • Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances.
  • Cooperate with order preparation departments to ensure proper customer service.
  • Update and maintain CRM records with customer data and account-related information.
  • Manage back-office activities within commercial operations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • A degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills and professional conduct
  • Very good knowledge of Greek and English (written and spoken)
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Outlook and Excel)
  • Strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments
