The Technical Sales Representative – Projects is responsible for developing the company’s project sector, expanding the client base, and driving sales through customer engagement, market research, and effective promotion of products and solutions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop the company’s technical project sector, client base, and sales.
  • Generate new sales opportunities and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide excellent service to customers involved in the technical project.
  • Conduct market research (internal and external) to identify potential new clients.
  • Plan and carry out visits to existing and prospective clients, and promotes promoting new and existing products.
  • Identify and record potential new clients through visits and research, and maintain and update customer database.
  • Attend exhibitions and industry events to identify new opportunities and support market development.
  • Carry out public relations and networking activities.
  • Coordinate and manage the distribution of goods to customers.
  • Monitor market trends and gather information on competitors.
  • Prepare quotations and manage customer orders.
  • Support the achievement of departmental budgets and targets.
  • Ensures the company vehicle is clean and properly maintained according to the maintenance schedule.
  • Support new customers in the execution of projects.
  • Provide after-sales support to customers.
  • Implement the Sales and Marketing Plan and work towards achieving sales targets.
  • Design and implement product display programs in stores.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • A university degree or college diploma (a related field will be considered an advantage)
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, ideally in technical products or building materials
  • Excellent command of Greek and good command of English
  • Very good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong organizational abilities
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Integrity, professionalism, and a pleasant personality
