DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Management of the existing customer portfolio and development of new partnerships.
  • Expansion of the client base through outreach to technical companies, engineers, contractors, and other related professionals
  • Provision of excellent customer service and tailored solutions to meet client needs
  • Close collaboration with the technical department on engineering matters, such as project specifications and technical product presentations
  • Organization and monitoring of orders to ensure timely customer service
  • Continuous updating on market trends and innovations
  • Preparation of reports on regional performance and market activities
  • Compliance with internal regulations, procedures, and the company’s commercial policy.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • University degree or College diploma (a related field will be considered an additional advantage)
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, ideally in the field of technical products or building materials
  • Excellent command of the Greek language and good command of English
  • Very good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Team spirit and organization skills
  • Driving license
  • Integrity, professionalism, and a pleasant personality.
