The role focuses on shaping, managing, and promoting core product families that the company represents and distributes in Cyprus. The Product Specialist acts as the key link between the sales and marketing departments for these product lines. They also collaborate closely with the company’s suppliers and various internal departments (e.g., technical support, procurement, etc.).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in shaping the product portfolio to be developed
  • Conduct customer visits to present and promote the products
  • Identify marketing needs and assist in executing the marketing plan
  • Perform in-depth competitor analysis and provide feedback
  • Develop a strong technical understanding of the assigned product categories to provide technical support when necessary
  • Propose new products based on market trends
  • Recommend commercial and promotional strategies to drive further growth
  • Participate in strategic meetings with the company’s management team
  • Report to the Commercial and Technical Directors
  • Operate internal accounting/ERP software
  • Comply with the company’s commercial policies and internal procedures

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Degree in Engineering / Architecture or Marketing / Business
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the building materials sector
  • Excellent command of Greek and English
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with colleagues and partners
  • Integrity, honesty, and professionalism
  • Postgraduate degree in Engineering or Business (Preferred Qualifications)
