Hello everyone!  After a hot summer, we have slowly returned back to our daily routine.  I hope that you all made the most of your amazing outdoor places this summer and had an amazing time!

It is true that after a long summer and everyday use of our furniture, especially here in Cyprus that we have to face the very strong sun and moisture, it is likely to notice some discoloration on our furniture or some rust on the metal furniture.

Tip:  Now, is the perfect season to spruce them up since the weather is still mild and allows us to restore any piece of furniture.  In this way, we can have our furniture renewed for next year or even for winter for those who continue to use it, and give it a fresh new appearance!

Soooo… since we have the chance to refurbish out furniture now, I’d say why not take advantage of it? Saving money from the renewal of our garden furniture it’s much easier than you think.  A new paint or coating can enliven a dull patio and create a new colour pallete for your outdoor places.  For example, if you have iron furniture, you can transform it with Rustoleum Combicolor Smooth or if you have furniture made of wood, you can use Rustoleum Combicolor Multi Surface.

On top of that, it’s very important to complete the whole concept of preservation with the proper accessories.   You can renew your old cushions with new fabrics that have new textures in various shapes and patterns.  You can find more ideas from my previous article here.

The preservation of furniture and accessories, apart from the necessary preservation and protection, can give life to a dull patio and create a new set of colours for your outdoor places.

Have a nice autumn and a good rest on your new, lively patio!
